ChatGPT fails ACG self-assessment test

After inputting exact study questions into two versions of ChatGPT, ChatGPT-3 scored a 65.1% on the 455-question ACG self-assessment test, while ChatGPT-4 scored 62.4%. Since neither version reached the 70% passing threshold, research authors don't currently recommend the use of ChatGPT for medical education in gastroenterology.
