FDA proposes new, easy-to-read medication guides for patients

To eliminate patients' confusion over the written instructions they receive with Rx drugs and certain biological products—and reduce preventable ADRs—FDA is proposing 1-page "patient medication information" guides that would present essential information in a common, standardized format.
