Adult Dosing .

Dosage forms:  ER TAB: 0.375 mg, 0.75 mg, 1.5 mg, 2.25 mg, 3 mg, 3.75 mg, 4.5 mg

Parkinson dz

[0.375-4.5 mg PO qd]

Start: 0.375 mg PO qd x5-7 days, then 0.75 mg PO qd x5-7 days, then may incr. by 0.75 mg/day q5-7 days; Max: 4.5 mg/day; Info: switch from IR to ER overnight at same daily dose; do not cut/crush/chew tab; taper dose by 0.75 mg/day to 0.75 mg PO qd, then taper dose by 0.375 mg/day to D/C
