Individuals of Reproductive Potential
in pts of childbearing potential using hormonal contraceptives w/o levonorgestrel or norethindrone, avoid pregnancy by using effective non-hormonal contraception or alternative hormonal contraceptive (e.g. combined oral contraceptive containing ethinyl estradiol w/ levonorgestrel or norethindrone, IUD) during tx and x28 days after D/C
