Start: 2 mg PO qd x2 days, then 3 mg PO qd x2 days, then 4 mg PO qd x2 days, then 5 mg PO qd x1 day, then 6 mg PO qd x1 day, then 7 mg PO qd x1 day, then 8 mg PO qd x1 day, then 9 mg PO qd x1 day, then 10 mg PO qd x3 days, then 20 mg PO qd; Info: for pts w/ clinically isolated syndrome, relapsing-remitting dz, and active secondary progressive dz; restart titration if titration or maintenance tx interrupted >4 days
