Dosage forms:  ER TAB: 5 mEq, 10 mEq, 15 mEq

Dose: 30 mEq/day PO divided bid-tid; Max: 100 mEq/day; Info: for renal tubular acidosis w/ Ca stones, uric acid lithiasis w/ or w/o Ca stones, or hypocitraturic Ca oxalate stones; target urinary citrate >320 mg/day, urinary pH 6-7; do not cut/crush/chew tab; give w/ meals
