Adult Dosing .

Dosage forms:  TAB: 250 mg, 500 mg

HTN

[500-2000 mg/day PO divided bid-qid]

Start: 250 mg PO bid-tid, may adjust dose no more frequently than q2 days starting w/ evening dose; Max: 3000 mg/day; Info: start 250 mg PO bid if on other antihypertensives besides thiazides
