Dose: 150 mg/m^2/dose IV qd on days 1-5 of 28-day cycle x6 cycles; Start: 4wk after completing concomitant focal XRT phase; Info: may incr. dose to 200 mg/m^2/dose for cycles 2-6 if no dose interruption or D/C d/t toxicity in cycle 1; cont. PCP prophylaxis if lymphopenia >Grade 1
