[1.25-20 mg/day PO divided qd-bid]

Start: 2.5-5 mg PO qd, may incr. dose no more frequently than 2.5 mg/wk; Max: 20 mg/day; Info: start 1.25 mg PO qd if hypoglycemia risk; give w/ meals
