Alt: 350 mg/m^2/dose PO q8h x5 days, then q12h x14 days; Info: for pts w/ mild symptoms or blood lead level 70-100 mcg/dL; may repeat tx course >q2wk; may sprinkle in soft food or juice; maintain adequate hydration/urine output before and during tx; hold or D/C if ANC <1200
