HTN

Start: 80 mg PO qhs; Max: 120 mg/day; Info: give w/ food or on empty stomach consistently; taper dose gradually to D/C

migraine prophylaxis (off-label)

Start: 80 mg PO qd; Info: D/C if no response w/in 4-6wk; taper dose gradually to D/C
