Adult Dosing .

Dosage forms:  TAB: 200 mg, 400 mg; SUSP: 40 mg per mL

seizures, Lennox-Gastaut syndrome

Dose: 1600 mg PO bid; Start: 200-400 mg PO bid, incr. by 400-800 mg/day qod to 1600 mg PO bid; Max: 3200 mg/day; Info: start w/ <400 mg/day in pts on valproate; give w/ food; taper dose by 25% q2 days to D/C
