Adult Dosing .

Dosage forms:  PATCH: 8%

post-herpetic neuralgia

[apply 1-4 patches to painful area x1]

Info: remove patch(es) after 60min; may repeat no more frequently than q3mo; do not apply to broken skin, face, or scalp; avoid occlusive dressings or heat; may cut to size/shape of tx area; pre-treat w/ topical anesthetic

neuropathic foot pain, diabetic
