multiple myeloma, relapsed or refractory

[in combo w/ lenalidomide and dexamethasone]

Dose: 10 mg/kg/dose IV x1 on days 1, 8, 15, 22 of 28-day cycle x2 cycles, then starting cycle 3, give 10 mg/kg/dose IV x1 on days 1, 15 of 28-day cycle until dz progression; Info: for pts who have received 1-3 prior tx

[in combo w/ pomalidomide and dexamethasone]

Dose: 10 mg/kg/dose IV x1 on days 1, 8, 15, 22 of 28-day cycle x2 cycles, then starting cycle 3, give 20 mg/kg/dose IV x1 on day 1 of 28-day cycle until dz progression; Info: for pts who have received at least 2 prior tx, incl. lenalidomide and a proteasome inhibitor
