Start: 300 mg IV q2wk x2 doses, then 600 mg IV q6mo starting 6mo after 1st dose; Info: for pts w/ clinically isolated syndrome, relapsing-remitting dz, and active secondary progressive dz; premed w/ corticosteroid 30min before and antihistamine 30-60min before each infusion; consider premed w/ antipyretic
