Dose: 400 mg PO qam on days 1-21 of 28-day cycle x3y; Info: use w/ aromatase inhibitor; give w/ LHRH agonist in pre/perimenopausal female pts, or male pts; do not cut/crush/chew tab

[advanced or metastatic dz, initial tx]

Dose: 600 mg PO qam on days 1-21 of 28-day cycle; Info: use w/ aromatase inhibitor or fulvestrant; give w/ LHRH agonist in pre/perimenopausal female pts, or male pts; do not cut/crush/chew tab
