Dose: 240 mg PO qd for up to 1y; Alt: 120 mg PO qd x7 days, then 160 mg PO qd x7 days, then 240 mg PO qd for up to 1y total as dose escalation regimen; Info: start after adjuvant trastuzumab-based tx; give w/ food; do not cut/crush/chew tab

[recurrent, metastatic dz]

Dose: 240 mg PO qd; Alt: 120 mg PO qd x7 days, then 160 mg PO qd x7 days, then 240 mg PO qd as dose escalation regimen; Info: for pts who have received 2 or more anti-HER2 based regimens; use w/ capecitabine; give w/ food; do not cut/crush/chew tab
