Adult Dosing .

Info: starter pack contains 10 mg strip x2, 15 mg strip x2, 20 mg strip x2, 25 mg strip x2 and 30 mg strip x2

acute intermittent hypomobility, Parkinson dz-assoc.

[10-30 mg SL prn]

Start: 10 mg SL x1 test dose during off episode; if 10 mg SL x1 test dose tolerated and effective, give 10 mg SL prn; if inadequate response to 10 mg SL x1 test dose, incr. dose by 5 mg generally w/in 3 days, then may cont. titration in 5 mg increments until adequate response achieved; Max: 1 dose/off episode, 30 mg/dose up to 5 doses/day; Info: consider premed w/ trimethobenzamide starting 3 days prior to 1st dose, then prn for up to 2mo; separate doses by at least 2h; do not cut/chew/swallow strip; taper dose gradually to D/C
