Amazon Pharmacy expands $5 monthly subscription to include Prime members with Medicare

Amazon.com's pharmacy unit says it's expanding eligibility for its $5 monthly Pharmacy RxPass subscription service to include Prime members enrolled in Medicare. More than 50 million Medicare beneficiaries will now be eligible to use RxPass, which includes access to about 50 generic medications for home delivery, as well as the ability to connect with a pharmacist 24/7. When RxPass was first announced in January 2023, Prime members on government-backed plans like Medicare and Medicaid weren't eligible.
