Certain Nuez de la India products appear to contain highly toxic yellow oleander

Recent tests of Nut Diet Max brand and Todorganic Natural Products brand Nuez de la India botanical weight-loss products showed they contained seeds with characteristics of yellow oleander, not Nuez de la India. If ingested, yellow oleander may cause severe and even fatal neurologic, GI, and CV effects.
