• License codes must be activated within 1 month from date of purchase to be valid, except where prohibited by law
• License codes may only be used to activate a license for the specified product
• License codes are not redeemable for cash or credit, but may be exchanged for a license code for another product during checkout, subject to certain restrictions
• Epocrates is not responsible for lost or stolen license codes
• Both the registered user and purchaser of the license code will be notified prior to the expiration of a subscription to an Epocrates product
• Epocrates is not responsible for reporting whether license codes have been activated
